Seraphina Noble

Since coming to the bar, Seraphina has predominantly practiced in personal injuries (including medical negligence), as well as insurance, commercial law and administrative law (including for Commonwealth departments and regulators). She accepts briefs in all of these areas. Her practice involves advocacy in the State courts, and for administrative matters, in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. Seraphina holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology and a Post Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Bond University. Seraphina is a member of Women Lawyers Association of Queensland, Queensland Young Lawyers Association and the LawRight Pro Bono referral service. Seraphina also assists with the Forensic Evidence course at Griffith University.
