Claire Bruggemann

Claire was called to the Bar in 2025 after a 16 year career as a solicitor in private practice.

She specialises in personal injury and insurance litigation, having acted for both plaintiffs and defendants throughout her career.  Claire was a WorkCover Queensland panel lawyer for over 10 years.

Claire accepts briefs in all aspects of personal injury including workers’ compensation, motor vehicle, public liability, historical institutional abuse and medical negligence.
